Tracking FAQ

Q: How do I track SPExpress packages?

A: Enter your tracking numbers into the box above (up to 50, one per line). Click the "Track Packages" button. A separate window will open and load your package detail. This may take a few moments if tracking multiple shipments. Please allow time for retrieval of your information. View a sample tracking page.

Q: My package is in transit. How long will it take for me to receive my package?

A: The estimated time in transit for your package depends on the Service Class used to ship the package. Please find the Service Class listed in your tracking result and compare it with the average transit time for that Service Class located in this table.

Q: The tracking page shows that my package was processed by SPExpress, but this was a few days ago and I don't see any more scans. Has my package been lost?

A: Some packages will show less tracking events while in transit due to differences in handling. In general, Economy services have a slightly higher transit time than a conventional ground service, and sometimes fewer tracking events. Please refer to this table of average transit times to determine if your package is taking longer than expected for the class of service. If you still have concerns, please contact customer service.

Q: I entered in the tracking number I was provided for my package but the system is telling me that the number was not found. How can I check the status of my package?

A: If your package is not trackable using the SPExpress tracking system, please send us an e-mail and be sure to include any tracking or reference numbers you have, the Ship To name, and the complete shipping address, as well as any other information pertinent to the package. SPExpress will research the matter and respond promptly.
