While there are many basic commonalities with returns, our returns processing solutions are as diverse as our customer base.
Our reverse logistics solutions range from "surplus field inventory" returns, which are simply customer returns to inventory to be redistributed, to "core" returns that must be returned to the manufacturer for rebuilding, to our newest innovation which we call "virtual returns." Virtual returns allow our clients, through a web interface, into our system to process returns from their sites to determine the correct action to be taken for a given return. These actions can range from returning the item directly to the original supplier, to field scrap of the inventory, to return to a central location for other disposition. This enhancement has allowed our customers to save valuable time and money by reducing the touch points in the process where possible.
We have numerous interface data sets and protocols that can be utilized to meet each of our customer's unique requirements. The number of times that this data can be provided throughout the course of a day is virtually limitless and is dictated by a client's needs and the type of protocol selected. While we have a set of reports that is available to every one of our clients, we fully expect that all of our customers will have unique requirements and demands that need to be met through custom reporting.
