For over 20 years, Mike Walther has been positioned as an expert in direct marketing, playing an instrumental role in the success and evolution of businesses across Florida. In the late 90s, he was chosen to lead the automotive division of the integrated direct marketing powerhouse, DME Holdings, LLC, in Daytona Beach, Florida, and in 2007, Mike helped transform that division into the leading science based, results driven automotive marketing company, DMEautomotive. Dedicated to developing, delivering and supporting the very best automotive marketing solutions in the industry, DMEautomotive serves OEMs, dealer groups and aftermarket service providers throughout the U.S. 

As President and CEO of DMEautomotive, Mike encourages a direct and open line of communication for all DMEa associates and DMEa clients, placing his relationships at the forefront of business. He is a passionate executive that strives to push the limits in the automotive space, capitalizing on the revolution of today’s digital technology. 

Aside from DMEautomotive, Mike is a loving father that enjoys spending time with his family. He is an alumnus of Southern Methodist University, an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and outdoors enthusiast, active in his early morning kayak and bike trips.


Mr. Heinsen is an independent director and a highly experienced senior level financial and M&A executive.  Mr. Heinsen has nearly 40 years of executive leadership experience in corporate finance, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Heinsen has served as CFO for a number of large international organizations and brings a proven track record of building companies into major players within their industries. He has successfully completed many financing transactions as both a banker for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City as well as the CFO for a number of leading companies such as Sweetheart Cup and Allied Specialty Vehicles.

As a member of the senior leadership team at these organizations, he helped build the critical mass and top line growth necessary for them to expand from regional organizations into international brands.  He has successfully completed and integrated a number of acquisitions, both large and small, in a variety of industries.


Mr. Sandroff is a founding partner of Cadre Partners (www.cadreaz.com), an investor in SP Express and an Arizona based management and business advisory and private equity firm.  Mr. Sandroff has more than 30 years experience as an entrepreneurial executive and private equity investor with a particularly strong track record in health care services and technology.  Mr. Sandroff co-founded his first company, a healthcare products distributor, when he was 23 and successfully sold it before he was thirty earning his investors’ a 3X return. He then spent 18 years in the private equity industry, initially in the Private Equity Division of Allstate Insurance, then one of the largest private equity investor in the world. Mr. Sandroff co founded, Essex Ventures, a private equity firm and spent the next 14 years building it to $600 million of capital under management.

He was a senior partner of five private equity funds financed by leading institutional investors (including Allstate). In 2004, he formed an entity to provide management services and private equity to growth companies, pioneering the management services approach which combines high level “CEO Coaching” and strategic and operating advisory services with capital investment.  During this period, Mr. Sandroff also financed a specialty distribution/information company in which he served as President. In 18 months, this Firm grew from $8 million to a revenue run rate of almost $38 million and was successful sold to Walgreen’s. In 2009, Mr. Sandroff moved to Arizona and continued his management services and investment practice.

Mr. Sandroff holds a Bachelor Degree from Washington University in St. Louis in social science and a Masters Degree from the University of Chicago, in Strategic Management and Policy.


Mich Bayley is the Founder, President, and CEO of SP Express. Mr. Bayley has over 20 years experience in operating, building and investing in rapidly growing companies across multiple industries. Prior to founding SP Express, Mr. Bayley was co-founder and CFO of PrimeSource Healthcare, a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty medical products in the United States. At PrimeSource, Mr. Bayley successfully completed numerous debt and equity offerings and negotiated, acquired and integrated eleven strategic acquisitions including a reverse merger with a public company.

Prior to PrimeSource, Mr. Bayley was a Vice President in corporate finance with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. He spent a number of years in Chase’s Merchant Banking and Private Equity Investment Division where he helped manage several of the bank’s portfolio companies.

Mr. Bayley was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering. He earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
